MyOptivida Giveaway Drawing - Official Rules

  1. Eligibility: a. The giveaway drawing is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. b. The giveaway is open to residents of the United States only. c. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of OPTIVIDA HEALTH are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entry Methods: a. No Purchase Necessary: Participants can enter the giveaway drawing without making a purchase. You can enter by filling out an online form on this page.  b. Purchase Entries: Participants will receive five entries into the giveaway drawing for every $100 worth of eligible purchases made at MyOptivida.com during the giveaway period. Purchases must be made during the specified timeframe to be eligible for entry.
  3. Giveaway Period: a. The giveaway drawing begins on TBD at 9:00 am Mountain time and ends on July 14, 2023 at 4:00 pm, Mountain time (the "Giveaway Period"). b. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered. Prize Details: a. The prize is 12 bottles of each of these products - Basic Essentials ($600 value), Vitamin C ($530 value), Vitamin D ($530 value), Digestive Enzymes ($340 value). b. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $2,000. c. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  4. Winner Selection: a. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. b. The drawing will take place within five business days after the Giveaway Period ends. c. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Winner Notification: a. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone call within three business days following the drawing. b. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five business days and provide any necessary information for prize fulfillment. c. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Prize Claim and Delivery: a. The confirmed winner will be required to provide their full name, mailing address, and any additional information necessary for prize delivery. b. The prize will be delivered to the winner via standard shipping. c. Optivida Health will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of the prize.
  7. Publicity: a. By participating in the giveaway drawing, participants grant Optivida Health the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
  8. General Conditions: a. Optivida Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway drawing at any time without notice. b. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Optivida Health, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize. c. Optivida Health is not responsible for any technical, typographical, or other errors in the administration of the giveaway drawing or the announcement of the winner.
  9. Governing Law: a. The giveaway drawing and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
