Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disorder that attacks the myelin sheath covering nerves.
Symptoms vary in severity based on the amount and location of nerve damage. Symptoms include tremor, lack of coordination, unsteady gait, tingling or pain in body parts, numbness or weakness in one or more limbs, partial or complete loss of vision in one or both eyes, double vision or blurred vision, slurred speech, fatigue, dizziness and heat sensitivity.
Hemp Extract impacts MS via several mechanisms. It decreases the autoimmune inflammatory destruction of the myelin sheath. Hemp Extract modulates the immune response, halting the assault on the central nervous system. This helps to slow or even stop the progression of MS and decreases the associated symptoms of pain and muscle stiffness.
Hemp Extract also improves serotonin levels in the brain, improving sleep and depressed mood, both common issues with MS patients.
Oral Hemp Extract can be used daily along with topical Hemp Extract, which is applied to tight or painful muscle areas.
